The recent wave of swattings targeting conservative figures and their families is a chilling reminder of the violent extremism that has been allowed to fester on the left. Last night, Nick Sorter, a prominent conservative voice with over 900,000 followers on X, revealed that his sister and father were nearly killed in a swatting incident. Swatting, a dangerous and malicious act, involves making a false report to law enforcement to provoke an armed response, often with SWAT teams, to a specific address
. This puts innocent lives at grave risk, as police arrive under the assumption that a violent crime is in progress. Sorter’s father had a dozen cops attempt to kick down his door at gunpoint after a caller falsely claimed he was killing his family. Sorter rightly called this “literal fucking terrorism” and demanded the FBI treat it as such.
The motive behind these attacks is clear. Before the swatting, the perpetrator sent Sorter’s sister an email calling him a “Nazi” and included a screenshot of a tweet praising First Lady Melania Trump. This is not just a prank or a harmless act of political disagreement—it is an attempt to use law enforcement as a weapon to murder conservatives and their families. As Sorter stated, “This is nothing short of attempted murder. They wanted the police to kill my father.”

Eagleman shared images of the SWAT team outside his home and vowed to find those responsible, calling it “their worst mistake.” His brother echoed this sentiment, warning the perpetrators to “stand the fck by” as he works to uncover their identities. These attacks are part of a broader pattern of left-wing extremism aimed at silencing and intimidating conservatives.
