The shocking revelations surrounding would-be Trump assassin Ryan Routh continue to expose what appears to be yet another deep-state operation targeting the 45th President of the United States. New court documents reveal that Routh, who attempted to assassinate President Trump at his Palm Beach golf course, was actively trying to purchase a US Stinger missile from Ukraine—a weapon that costs upwards of $120,000. Where did this low-level criminal get such funding? And why was he allowed to get within striking distance of President Trump despite being under surveillance?
Former CIA officer and whistleblower John Kiriakou appeared on Jesse Watters Primetime and dropped a bombshell: Routh was almost certainly communicating with an FBI operative—not a real Ukrainian arms dealer.
Kiriakou stated:
“That almost always means he was speaking with an FBI agent or with someone acting on behalf of the FBI. But the fact that he still got to the golf course in Florida, even though he was caught, the fact that he got there tells that someone was asleep at the switch.”
Watters pressed further:
“If he was being monitored by the federal government, why would they let him get right to that hole with a rifle?”
Kiriakou’s response was damning:
“There’s absolutely no way to justify that. No way at all. If he was deemed to be an actual threat to the President, and clearly he was a threat, a long-term ongoing threat, they should have scooped him up ages ago. It’s better to charge someone with conspiracy than to risk him actually carrying out an attack and assassinating the President of the United States.”
This isn’t the first time the FBI has allowed a would-be assassin to slip through their fingers. Kiriakou chillingly compared Routh to Lee Harvey Oswald, the man who assassinated JFK while allegedly being monitored by intelligence agencies.
Why wasn’t Routh arrested in July 2024 when he was plotting to kill Trump in Pennsylvania?
Why was he permitted to travel to Florida with a rifle?
