In a tragic incident that took place in broad daylight, an 86-year-old man was fatally hit by a city DOT truck in Brooklyn. The video footage of the event has been released.
The Victim
Antonio Conigliaro, aged 86, was the unfortunate victim of this horrific accident. His body was found separated from his head which was located further down the road.

The Incident
Conigliaro was crossing the street using a crosswalk when he was struck by a truck. The driver, who did not see Conigliaro, hit him resulting in this catastrophic incident.
The Driver’s Reaction
Upon realization of what had transpired, the driver was visibly distressed and collapsed to his knees on the street.

Investigation Status
As reported by NYPD, an investigation into this incident is currently underway. However, no arrests have been made so far.
