In a stunning display of seditious arrogance, a cabal of Democrat politicians, led by former CIA officer Elissa Slotkin, has openly launched a direct assault on the chain of command and the authority of the duly elected President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. This coordinated effort, dressed in the language of patriotism, is in fact a brazen call for mutiny within the ranks of the United States military and intelligence community, a dangerous ploy that threatens the very foundation of our republic.
The liberal media, ever-complicit in undermining President Trump, has largely given this treasonous plot a pass, refusing to label it for what it truly is. These so-called public servants, including Sen. Mark Kelly and Rep. Jason Crow, released a video explicitly designed to poison the minds of our armed forces and intelligence professionals, telling them to disobey their Commander-in-Chief.
Their own words, presented in a scripted video with the solemnity of a true conspiracy, reveal their intent to foment insubordination.
DEMOCRATS IN VIDEO: We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now, Americans trust their military, but that trust is at risk. This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens. Like us, you all swore an oath to protect and defend this Constitution.
This is a grotesque misrepresentation of reality. It is not President Trump who is “pitting” anyone against the American people; it is these very Democrats who are actively working to turn the instruments of national security against the lawfully elected government and the will of the people. They are the ones creating a constitutional crisis where none exists.
The core of their seditious message is a direct incitement to disobey orders, a move that would cripple any functioning military and pave the way for chaos.

DEMOCRATS IN VIDEO: Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear, you can refuse illegal orders. You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.
This rhetoric is not only reckless but predicated on a monstrous lie—the preemptive and baseless assertion that President Trump will issue “illegal” orders. This is a self-fulfilling prophecy of rebellion, designed to create a pretext for resistance against an administration they despise for its America First agenda. They are instructing service members to substitute their own political judgment, or the judgment of Democrat politicians, for that of the constitutional chain of command.
President Trump, recognizing the grave threat this poses to national security and the principle of civilian control of the military, responded with the firmness and clarity that the moment demands. On Truth Social, the President correctly identified this behavior for what it is.

Rather than showing contrition for their dangerous actions, Slotkin and her co-conspirators doubled down, issuing a joint statement that audaciously frames themselves as victims and patriots. Their statement is a masterpiece of leftist projection and political theater.
JOINT DEMOCRAT STATEMENT: “We are veterans and national security professionals who love this country and swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. That oath lasts a lifetime, and we intend to keep it. No threat, intimidation, or call for violence will deter us from that sacred obligation.”
They speak of their oath while actively subverting the constitutional authority of the presidency. They feign courage while hiding behind their former titles to lend credibility to an act of profound political sabotage. Their statement then reaches a new level of disingenuous hysteria by deliberately misrepresenting the President’s call for justice.

JOINT DEMOCRAT STATEMENT: “What’s most telling is that the President considers it punishable by death for us to restate the law. Our servicemembers should know that we have their backs as they fulfill their oath to the Constitution and obligation to follow only lawful orders.”

President Trump did not call for their murder; he correctly identified their behavior as seditious and called for their arrest and trial, where the ultimate penalty for the ultimate crime of sedition could be considered.
