Lee Zeldin, Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), has unveiled a deeply concerning issue under Biden’s leadership. During an update addressing financial mismanagement captured by Project Veritas in undercover videos, Zeldin revealed shocking misuse of taxpayer funds on the Biden administration’s watch. A video released by Project Veritas in December exposed an EPA advisor admitting how the agency hastily allocated billions of taxpayer dollars to climate change projects just before President Trump’s inauguration, attempting to undercut the incoming administration’s mandate.
Brent Efron, a key advisor at the EPA instrumental in securing Biden’s climate agenda, was recorded candidly discussing with a Project Veritas operative about the frantic effort to allocate funds two months before Trump was set to take office. “Now it’s how to get the money out as fast as possible before they [Trump Administration] come in,” Efron stated. He described it as akin to frantically disposing of valuables, akin to passengers on the Titanic tossing gold overboard.
Under the Biden administration’s controversial Inflation Reduction Act, which Efron referred to as “Biden’s climate law,” over $100 billion was earmarked for environmental projects. Efron discussed the EPA’s mad dash to ensure these funds were committed to initiatives, including those initially planned for a Kamala Harris presidency. “The thing that we haven’t funded yet are [sic] the local nonprofit program that was going to be an inter-Kamala Harris administration program… so now we’re getting it [funding] out as quick as possible. It’s like two billion at this point, we’ve got most of it out – like 90%.”
BREAKING: @EPA Advisor Admits ‘Insurance Policy’ Against Trump is Funneling Billions to Climate Organizations, “We’re Throwing Gold Bars off the Titanic”

In a brazen admission, Efron disclosed that the EPA planned to continue this funding rush until the very last moments of the Obama administration. “We gave them [nonprofits, states, tribes] the money because… it was an insurance policy against Trump winning. Because they aren’t [a government agency], they’re safer from Republicans taking the money away,” he mentioned. This devious strategy of employing nonprofits as buffers against Republican policies also tells of potential personal gains for Efron after leaving office, suggesting future lucrative job prospects.
In an evening statement, Lee Zeldin mentioned how his diligent team at the EPA “found the gold bars.” He said, “Following this revelation, during my meetings with members of Congress, I made a very important commitment to them and to the American people.” Zeldin condemned this shocking discovery, highlighting the approximately $20 billion of taxpayer dollars parked at an external financial institution. “Shockingly, roughly $20 billion of your tax dollars were parked at an outside financial institution by the Biden EPA. This scheme was the first of its kind in EPA history and it was purposely designed to obligate all of the money in a rush job with reduced oversight.”
🚨The Biden EPA tossed $20 billion of “gold bars off the Titanic”.

Zeldin exposed that this $20 billion was “awarded to just 8 entities that were then responsible for doling out your money to NGOs and others at their discretion with far less transparency. Just under $7 billion was sent to one entity called the Climate United Fund.” He continued, insisting, “The financial agent agreement with the bank needs to be instantly terminated and the bank must immediately return all the gold bars that the Biden Administration tossed off the Titanic. EPA needs to assume responsibility of all these funds. We will review every penny that has gone out the door. I will be referring this matter to the inspector general’s office and will work with the Justice Department as well.”
